These terms govern your purchase and use of services from Your Company AB ("we") through yourdomain.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and services

We sell digital educational programs (PDF workbooks with lessons, exercises, plans and curated links) and, in higher tiers, email support and coaching sessions delivered online at times agreed with you after purchase. The content is for general self-improvement and depends on your own effort and circumstances; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any outcome with any particular person.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

Workbooks are delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery begins. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless; see the refund policy.

Licence

Workbooks are licensed for your personal use. You may not share, resell or publish them. Links in the learning library point to third-party material owned by its creators, with whom we are not affiliated.

Payment

Prices are shown before taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Saved payment method and one-click purchases

With your consent at checkout, Stripe stores your payment method. It is used only for purchases you explicitly choose on the confirmation page right after checkout and for subscription renewals. We never charge it for anything you did not select. Each one-click purchase is covered by the same refund policy as the original order.

Scheduling and missed sessions

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as delivered. Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless agreed otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and treat our team with respect. We may end the engagement and refund unused sessions if these terms are breached.

Intellectual property

Materials we provide are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Your Company AB is registered.
