Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Your Company AB ("we") operates yourdomain.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email and billing address, collected by Stripe when you pay. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Messages you send through the contact form or by email.
- Email address when you request a free download, so we can send it and, until you unsubscribe, occasional emails about our services. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- Checkout progress: if you enter your email at checkout but do not finish, Stripe tells us and we may send one reminder with a link back to your checkout.
- Which headline you saw: we sometimes test two versions of the page and record which one led to an order.
- Usage data: pages viewed and events such as starting a checkout, collected through the Meta Pixel and server logs, including your IP address and browser information, and the campaign (UTM tags) that brought you here. When you start checkout we pass your IP address and browser details to Meta, with your hashed email after purchase, so it can match the sale to the ad that led to it.
Why we use it
- To deliver the service you bought and to send order confirmations and scheduling emails.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To measure and improve our advertising. Meta may use pixel data to show you ads on its platforms; see Meta's privacy policy and your ad settings on Facebook.
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email), Meta (advertising measurement) and our hosting provider. Each acts under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required by tax law (typically 7 years). Contact messages are deleted within 12 months of resolution.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@yourdomain.com and we will respond within 30 days.
