Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription. Later renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel any time before the next renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period.

After the guarantee period

Refund requests received after 30 days are reviewed case by case for unused sessions.
